Our Data Handling and Account Security Practices

Security is built into every layer of how we store and process your data — from the moment you enter your UPI details to the point a withdrawal is verified and cleared.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data, including payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe, is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, logged at every step.

Cookie Policy Transparency

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can review and adjust your cookie preferences at any time from the Privacy section in your account settings.

Account Security Protocols

Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts and we recommend you enable it. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automated flag, and you receive an alert to the contact details registered on your account.

Data Retention Periods

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a legally required period after closure. Transaction records linked to UPI and Paytm are retained in line with applicable Indian financial regulations.

To update your registered email, phone number, or to request erasure of your data, contact our privacy team via email or the in-account form. Identity verification is required before any changes are made.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with payment processors like UPI network partners and PhonePe only to the extent required to complete a transaction. No personal data is shared with advertisers or affiliate marketers under any circumstances.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment identifiers such as your UPI ID or Paytm number. We also log device and session data to keep your account secure and functional. We only collect what is necessary.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the in-account form under Settings or email our privacy team directly. We will compile and send your data within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within 30 days.

Payment identifiers are encrypted and shared only with the relevant payment network — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — to process your transaction. We do not store full card numbers and we do not pass payment data to any unaffiliated third party.

We use session cookies essential for login and analytics cookies to improve performance. You can manage non-essential cookie preferences in your account's Privacy Settings. Turning off analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the platform.

We retain account data for the legally required period after closure, which covers transaction records in line with Indian financial regulations. Once that retention period ends, your data is deleted from our active systems securely.

Use the Data Request form in your account Settings or contact our privacy team by email. We will verify your identity before processing the erasure and confirm completion in writing once your data has been removed from our systems.
